I’ll be very happy to provide more information and answer any
questions you may have.
You may just want a chat to talk through your travel ideas and
concerns – sometimes it helps to have a third party to talk with, share ideas
with. It may be that, after talking with me, you feel you can manage a trip on
your own. That is all part of the service!
If you’d like to take the next step and engage my services, we’ll
set a suitable time/date to connect and talk things through.
This could be at your place or at a convenient mutual meeting
place (e.g. a café) if you live in Auckland. Or it might be over the phone.
It might be just with you, or you might like to include a friend
or family member in the conversation.
We’ll go through your situation, your Wishlist and your ideas.
We’ll look at dates and timing.
We’ll talk logistics and costs and how the trip will be officially
planned.
We'll get creative and we'll get energised.
Then we’ll make it happen!
Engaging me as your PTC means you cover all my travel costs and associated expenses. You also pay a PTC fee for my time and services. The fee will depend on the nature of the
engagement. A deposit will be required upon engagment of my services, with the balance to be paid prior to departure
Things to consider when contemplating travel are:
- What's your budget? Remember, if you engage me as your PTC, there will be associated costs to take into consideration.
- Will you need my help with planning the itinerary, flights etc, or will
you go direct to a travel agent?
- Will your family be involved, or is it just
you making the decisions?
- Do you need to obtain or renew your passport? Visas?
- Will immunisation be required?
- Do you need new luggage?
- Do you need to have pets and/or plants looked
after while you’re away?
- Do you need to have mail collected or paper
delivery put on hold?
- Insurance is vital – finding out the best
options for you is important.
There are more things to cover, and I’ll help you every step of
the way, but these questions will start you thinking through what’s required.
